COLLEGIATE CONNECTIONS
STATEMENT OF COMMITTMENT
The National Convention marks a pivotal moment in our history, where six (6) collegiate leadership positions are elected:
- The National Second Vice President,
- Collegiate Member, Scholarships & Standards Committee,
- Collegiate Member, National Finance Committee,
- Collegiate Members, National Audit and Compliance Committee (two positions) and
- Collegiate Member, 2027 National Nominating Committee
The collegiate positions are not simply titles, these positions are the voices of our future, shaping the direction and legacy of our sorority. We were founded by 22 courageous and visionary collegiate Sorors. At the upcoming National Convention, your voices will be heard the loudest in formulating the collegiate’s perspectives in conducting Delta’s business.
As a past Collegiate President, past Regional Representative, past Primary Advisor, and current member of an Advisory Team – Financial, and Co-Chair, Eastern Region Advisors Taskforce, I am committed to transforming the process for collegiate members to step forward and serve in leadership roles in our sorority. I am committed to working with collegiates in all seven regions seeking elected leadership roles in the sorority.
It is often stated that collegiates are the cornerstone of our sorority. I am committed to ensuring that as the cornerstone of our sorority you are informed of the nominating process, educated on leadership opportunities, and motivated to serve. I am eager to collaborate with you as you step forward in serving our sisterhood.
