• Delivering candidates for leadership roles from all seven regions.
• Linking professional and personal skills to leadership roles.
• Integrating the sorority’s leadership opportunities with the nomination process.
• Connecting the nomination process at various points of interactions with the membership.
• Early engagement of collegiates and alumnae members in understanding the nomination process.
